The specific details of the services we provide will be outlined in a signed agreement or contract between you and Tech Solutions Philippines.

2.2 Project Timelines
While we strive to meet agreed deadlines, unforeseen circumstances may affect timelines. Any changes will be communicated promptly.

2.3 Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, timely, and complete information required for the delivery of services. Failure to do so may result in project delays or additional fees.


3. Fees and Payment

3.1 Pricing
All prices will be outlined in your service agreement or invoice. Additional fees may apply for scope changes or requested add-ons.

3.2 Payment Terms
Payments are due as per the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may incur interest charges and may result in project delays or suspension of services.

3.3 Taxes
Clients are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or levies related to the services provided.


4. Refund Policy

4.1 Non-Refundable Services
Due to the nature of our services, all completed services are non-refundable.

4.2 Eligible Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in cases of service non-delivery or cancellation prior to significant project commencement.

4.3 Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of the issue occurrence. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days.


5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership
Upon full payment, the intellectual property rights of deliverables will transfer to you. However, Tech Solutions Philippines retains the right to showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

5.2 Third-Party Materials
We may use third-party tools or materials in projects. You must adhere to the licensing terms of those materials.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permissible by law, Tech Solutions Philippines will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.


7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information disclosed during the course of the project. This obligation remains effective even after project completion.


8. Termination

8.1 Mutual Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement upon written notice.

8.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of non-payment, breach of terms, or misuse of services.

8.3 Post-Termination Obligations
Upon termination, any outstanding fees must be settled immediately.


9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms will first be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled through arbitration in the jurisdiction of the Philippines.


10. Privacy Policy

Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection, use, and storage of your personal data.


11. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
